As a health system management professional, you know that staying up-to-date with the ever-changing trends in recruitment is crucial for the success of your healthcare organization. Of course, as time progresses, it’s easy to get an understanding of the current trends. To really get ahead of the game, though, you have to predict the trends for the upcoming year, particularly for the consistently growing mid-level positions in healthcare.
