Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (within 6 months of date of hire) and must be maintained for duration of employment. Oversees the development, maintenance, interpretation and implementation of clinical competencies to ensure consistency across all programs and locations in conjunction with Director. Promotes a positive work attitude within the department and practice and treats employees with respect, dignity and fairness, but is also firm when necessary. Awareness of market (both locally and nationally) changes and trends for therapy services that will affect utilization, delivery and financial performance. Serves as a clinical resource for Epic implementation and ongoing support and analysis to ensure quality goals are met.   Demonstrates clinical competency in direct patient care and is responsible for completion of 100% of basic clinical competencies and at least 75% of senior staff-level clinical competencies for the appropriate discipline. Percent of patient care responsibility will fluctuate and be dependent upon scope of management responsibilities.   Requirements Bachelor's degree required in related field. Member of professional organization (AOTA, APTA, ASHA). Clinical license in Allied Health preferred; eligible for Delaware, Pennyslvania and New Jersey.
