According to the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), jobs for speech-language pathologists are flourishing, a trend that is expected to continue for well over the next decade. Lemmietta McNeilly, PhD, SLP-CCC, chief staff officer at ASHA, attributes speech language pathology jobs growth in part to an increase in the elderly population, a higher rate of traumatic brain injury, and, perhaps most importantly, job satisfaction. Also contributing to the success of the profession is the fact that school settings remain an area of consistently high need.

SLP jobs give you the freedom to work with a varied patient population, from newborns to geriatric patients, and in numerous settings. Where can you go to find these speech language pathology jobs?
