Are you looking to reenter the profession after a hiatus? Want to control when you work? Looking to make extra—or more—money? PRN occupational therapy jobs are the way to go.

PRN OT jobs are a perfect way for return to the profession. Practitioners who took time off to care for their children or parents, changed careers and found their way back to the profession or want to change specialties are an ideal fit for these “as needed” positions. They are also ideal for the individual who wants to choose when they work. Schedule what works for you and enjoy what else life offers. Many times, these PRN occupational therapy jobs also pay more. If so, it’s also a great way to pick up extra money by working weekends or nights. Be aware, though, that you most likely won’t receive benefits. And, you’ll need a current license as an occupational therapist in the state of practice.

Still sound good to you? If so, check out our ADVANCE job board. It offers great PRN OT jobs, and all other types of OT jobs – full time, part time, OTA jobs and travel positions throughout the U.S. You can also check out our career resource center. Offering advice, blogs, webinars and more, you can stay in touch with what’s going on – even if you’re not in the trenches full time.
