OR Manager Clark Fork Valley Hospital is seeking a working Full Time OR Manager. The Candidate must have a current MT RN license. Also must maintain certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Duties will include overseeing department employees as well as working with patients providing pre-op and post-op care. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Current State of Montana license as a professional Registered Nurse. Must maintain certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Other duties may be assigned. Plans, organizes, develops and directs surgical services in accordance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Responsible for the direct supervision of employees performance improvement, staff development and performance appraisals. Responsible for the orientation, competency of clinical/technical skills, licensure requirements, participation on various committees. Perform duties of nurse services, direct patient care, and rotation of call. Duties shall be performed sincerely and positively reflect consideration, concern and inspire confidence whenever interacting with another person, such as patient, visitor, or another hospital employee. Proficient in use of OPTIME and demonstrated ability to maintain and manage all aspects of the EMR, as it relates to Surgery and patient care.
