Professionals in application support analyst jobs work in the IT department of a company. They provide technical support for the entire company or a specific department within a company, among other IT duties.

A big part of application support analyst jobs is training employees to use applications. When new applications are installed or upgrades are implemented, it is the application support analysts’ responsibility to bring employees up to date.
