The Occupational Therapist (OT) will:

  • Instruct children in activities of daily living while maintaining a caseload
  • Complete paperwork within appropriate time frames and ensures best therapeutic practices
  • Maintain appropriate relationships with team members, department members, supervisors, staff, parents and outside agencies
  • Perform other tasks as necessary
Required Skills
  • Active New York State Occupational Therapist license
  • CPR certification
  • Strong therapeutic skills and knowledge
  • Patient-oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic
Desired Skills
  • 6+ months of experience
