1. How do I subscribe to an ADVANCE publication?
Subscribing is simple - just click here to access a list of our publications. Each publication offers a "subscribe" link. If you would like to read more about our family of magazines, please visit our homepage to learn more about each publication - you will find subscription links within this section as well. Also, you can select a publication from the drop down menu at the top of your screen to reach the publication's web site - each web site offers a "subscribe" option in the upper right.

ADVANCE s always free to subscribers. If you qualify for the magazine you select, you will begin receiving a print magazine to your address. Also, you will be able to use the password you establish during your subscription to access our free subscriber-only online features.

If you would prefer to subscribe by phone, please call our toll-free subscriber service hotline at 1-800-355-1088.


2. How do I renew my subscription or change my subscription information?

Please click here to access our general subscription management page – you’ll see ‘renew’ and ‘update’ links for each of our publications.

You can also select a publication from the drop down menu at the top of your screen to reach the corresponding web site. You’ll see a link in the top purple bar to ‘login’ – and, once you’re logged in, you can use the ‘edit profile’ link to update your contact information, or the ‘renew’ link if applicable.

If you’re not sure of your online login, or you haven’t created an online password, you can use the ‘sign up’ link on the purple bar to create an online account for managing your subscription.


3. I am a current ADVANCE subscriber and would like to login to the web site. How do I retrieve my password?

Start by selecting a publication from the drop-down menu at the top of your screen to reach the corresponding Web site.

The top purple bar offers links to 'login' or 'sign up' on the left.

If you believe you have an existing login, click the 'login' option and follow the instructions. You will be able to establish a new password if necessary.

If you need to create a login and are a current subscriber, click the ‘sign in’ option. You will be asked to enter contact information as well as your subscriber number as part of the registration process.


4. What can I do if I believe I have entered a correct web login, but I still cannot access the subscriber-only areas of the web site?

In order to access exclusive features on our Web site, you'll need to sign in with your email address and password. Please be sure to login with the email address and password you provided at the time you created your online account. If you cannot remember your login information, click the 'forgot your password' link below the login form.

If you're new to our Web site, or do not believe you've created an online account, click the 'sign up' link on the left of the top purple bar. You'll need to select 'create new account' and provide the requested information. You can also subscribe to the publication at this time, though this isn't required in order to gain Web access.

Also, when logging in, please make sure you have "cookies" enabled on your Web browser. Most browsers enable cookies by default.

5. How do I search for job listings online?

You can access our online job opportunities from a number of locations. Click on the ‘current jobs’ button on the ADVANCEweb top horizontal menu. You can also use the ‘quick search’ section of our ADVANCEweb homepage. There are also ‘careers’ links on our publication Web sites and a ‘find opportunities’ area on the left side of each magazine homepage.

You can also go directly to www.advanceweb.com/healthcarecareers - our Web site dedicated to healthcare job postings and career information.


6. How do I search for magazine articles online?

Select a publication from the ‘magazines’ drop down menu at the top of your screen to reach the publication's web site - each site offers a simple search on the top purple bar and on the right side.

Anyone can search the Web site, but you will need a current account for unrestricted access to view the articles found in your search results. If you need to create or update your Web account, please use the 'login' or 'sign up' options located on the left of the top purple bar.


7. How can I find product or company information?
Click here to view a list of our online product and company resources. You can use our extensive database to make purchasing decisions, locate contact information for companies and organizations and submit requests for information from our advertisers.

8. How can I gain Continuing Education credits online?

Click here to select from our online continuing education programs and information. You can earn CE credits quickly and easily through our Web site.


9. How do I contact someone at ADVANCE?

Click on the "Contact Us" link at the top of this page to find contact information for sales, editorial, our subscription department and other groups throughout the organization.


10. What can I do if I?m having trouble viewing or navigating an ADVANCE web site?

This site uses Flash for some of the content features. If you are having problems viewing homepage you may need to install or reinstall the Adobe Flash Player plug-in.

Also, we recommend using the latest version of Internet Explorer to view our web site. While we are accessible via a wide variety of web browsers, we are optimized for Internet Explorer.

If you receive an error message or run into a technical problem while on our web site, you may receive an error page asking you to answer a few questions and submit an error report. Please complete this form - your information will be kept confidential and your feedback will help us diagnose and resolve any problems with our web site.
